Providing excellent customer service lies at the heart of the mission of most organizations. What many companies fail to focus on, however, is that excellent internal customer service is the path to exceptional external customer services. Internal customer service is the service we provide our colleagues on our team and in other departments, as well as anyone else with whom we work to get our jobs done. This course will provide participants with the tools to provide excellent internal customer service, thereby helping everyone achieve more in the business.
