We were very excited about our next experience of the day as it was going to be a novel one. We had never been trapped in a little girl’s dream before, and it was already a pretty wild experience. We found that as we needed to focus on different parts of the adventure, a light would illuminate the area of the dream to which we needed to pay attention. It was as if the girl silently guided us to where we needed to go next. The light guided us through secret crevices, life-size doll houses, and into the final dream sequence of a nightmare.
We escaped the dream and awakened the girl with mere minutes to spare. While this experience (as with all our experiences) led to several lessons, the main one involved using the light to illuminate where we should focus our efforts. It was a simple and clear way to communicate with others to work through the given task. This leads us to question how well we communicate with others. The simplest way is often the most illuminating (pun intended).
