Conflict in the workplace is uncomfortable, expensive, and counterproductive. So how do you solve the problem so everyone can get back to work? Conflict management isn't putting up with conflict. It's anticipating, preventing, and resolving it. In this workshop, participants learn how to harness conflict to create a more inclusive and trusting environment, leading to higher work satisfaction and productivity.

  • Identify the three stages of conflict one experiences.
  • Discover how to see early signs of conflict and end it before it escalates.
  • Promote healthy opposition and diversity of opinions.
