Now, more than ever, it seems like everyone is faced with challenging life experiences and uncertainty. Yet, some individuals seem to bounce back quickly from setbacks or even use them to lead a fuller life. Resilience can be developed, and participants learn strategies for doing so in this workshop, specifically by fostering a resilient mindset, improving emotional intelligence, and engaging in self-care and support.

Objectives

  • Define resilience.
  • Identify strategies for building resilience: fostering a resilient mindset, improving one's emotional intelligence, and engaging in self-care and support.
  • Practice each strategy using personal and professional experiences to relate the learning better.
