Self-awareness – knowing ourselves and how others see us – is the foundation for productive professional relationships and meaningful personal relationships. The benefits of improved self-awareness are limitless from better decision-making and critical thinking, self-control, listening skills, adaptability, and more freedom from cognitive biases. Unfortunately, while many believe ourselves to be highly self-aware, research demonstrates that only 10% of the population has reached this level. Participants in this session learn how to develop a higher level of self-awareness to include knowing themselves better and uncovering how others see them.

Special Note: The "Manager Edition" of this course focuses on the importance of self-awareness as a leader and how power can be a roadblock to one's self-awareness.
