In this workshop, participants explore the negative thought patterns that lead to passive communication and how to overcome them.

  • Define assertiveness.
  • Compare assertive communication to passive, aggressive, and passive-aggressive communication.
  • Identify speech weakeners and strengtheners.
  • Practice the five skills of assertiveness.
