Achievement Insights for Personal Effectiveness

Our level of personal effectiveness can be significantly impacted by increased self-awareness and understanding of others, by enhancing our ability to adapt, and by improving our ability to connect with others in both our personal and professional lives.

In this program, participants will have the opportunity to understand the nature of perception and its importance in our relationships with others; identify the different personality preferences of others; and utilize this new knowledge to adapt their behavior to meet the needs of others to improve relationships. This workshop is recommended for anyone who works in a team, or in functions such as human resources, customer service, sales, or similar.



Achievement Insights for Leaders

Our level of effectiveness as leaders can be significantly impacted by increased self-awareness and understanding of others, by enhancing our ability to adapt, and by improving our ability to connect with others at all levels within an organization. Self-aware leaders are more likely to be high-performing, meet business goals, and save on turnover costs.

In this program, leaders will have the opportunity to understand the nature of perception and its importance in how we lead others; identify the different personality preferences of others; and utilize this new knowledge to adapt their behavior to meet the needs of others to improve relationships. This workshop is recommended for any level of leadership from line-level supervisors to executives.



Achievement Insights for Teams

The interactions between team members contribute to team functioning and will either maximize or minimize the team’s effectiveness. Through understanding team dynamics, team members will first learn how not to annoy each other and how each member can work to improve their own contribution to the team’s effectiveness.

The program then shifts focus to the ideal culture for the team and what shifts are required to make the ideal into reality. Together, team members identify practical actions each member can take to create this shift.
